Paul Roth

Course Title: Race and American Popular Music

Paul Roth is a doctoral student within the Department of Music at UC San Diego. He holds a Master of Arts degree in Musicology and a Master of Music degree in Music Performance. Paul has years of music and cultural studies-related teaching and practicing experience for various age groups at a national and international level both in and out of academia, He has experience in podcasting, leading music ensembles, and instructing all with a broad commitment and attention to issues of social justice and equity.
