Hayley Nuetzel

Course Title: Scripps Institution of Oceanography: Coastal Science and Conservation

Hayley Nuetzel is a Population Biologist with San Diego Zoo Global who received her Masters of Science in Ocean Sciences from UCSC. She has a diverse range of experience from marine science education to fisheries management to captive population management. Her strong research background and experience teaching and communicating such research to diverse audiences afford her the unique ability to design project-based curriculum that empower students as conservationists.
