Anita Dev

Course Title: Disease Detectives: An Introduction to Epidemiology

Anita Dev received her Bachelor's in Public Health from UCSD in June 2018. She's working towards receiving a Master's in Public Health with specializations in Environmental Health and Chronic Disease Epidemiology. During her undergraduate career, she worked as a research assistant in a public health laboratory where she was responsible for writing grants and editing papers and posters for submission.

She has previous experience teaching the Disease Detectives course for Academic Connections. She was also a Teaching Assistant for the "Health Policies for Healthy Lifestyles" and "Environmental and Occupational Health" courses at UCSD, where she was responsible for helping develop lesson plans, exams, and activities for the courses and conducted office hours where she would help students with concepts or assignments.
