Patricia Fernandez

Course Title: Intro to Marine Science

Patricia is an Assistant Program Director at The Plenary, Co. with a master’s degree in Marine Environment and Resources. She has years of teaching experience and taught marine science courses to middle school students in Spain and high school students at Birch Aquarium at Scripps. Her education background is fully in marine sciences and she has been working in science communication and DEI for the last 7 years. She is passionate about the field and loves introducing new students to marine biology and conservation!
