Academic Connections faculty members are typically UCSD doctoral students who design and instruct their own courses. Class enrollment is limited to 22 and all classes with an enrollment of 12 or greater have the option of hiring a teaching assistant. The Academic Connections staff includes a Program Director, Program Manager, Program Assistant, Resident Dean, Assistant Resident Dean and approximately 25 experienced, live-in Residential Assistants (RAs).
