Dan Velazquez joined the UCSD K-16 Programs office in January 2014. He is a UC San Diego alum from Sixth College. Dan graduated from UC San Diego with a B.A. in Psychology, and has aspirations of pursuing a Master’s Degree in Postsecondary Educational Leadership. Dan served as a Resident Assistant for the Academic Connections Program in 2011. Prior to joining the K-16 Programs Office, he worked in the Dean of Student Affairs Office at Revelle College as a Program Assistant, and Sixth College Residential Life Office as the Interim Housing Coordinator. As the program representative, Dan is responsible for coordinating the UC San Diego LAUNCH undergraduate program, Academic Connections Research Scholars and Studies, Test Prep courses (ACT, SAT, GRE, GMAT, LSAT and MCAT), and Transfer credit courses.
